Before your interview, think back to a time you had to take on a task or a role that you felt was above your experience level. Clearly describe the situation, explain why you were asked to do the job, and outline how you worked toward a great outcome. If there were any hurdles you had to overcome, talk about the lessons you learned that you could bring to Cigna Corp.
