I want to work for Cigna because of its reputation for being an ethical and compassionate company, as a Clinician, I value that. At this point in my career, I am looking for a long-term career environment where I can grow. I was watching an interview with the current CEO David Cordani and he stated "this is more of a service company than an insurance company" because providing services to the customers and understanding their needs and concerns is important to Cigna. That statement really resonated with me and I would love to be part of a company that has those shared values.
