Before your interview, thinks back to times when you had an especially stressful day and consider what kept you motivated. As you answer, highlight the tools and skills you use to keep stress at a minimum when things get busy and explain how you stay motivated on the job no matter what is thrown your way. My motivation comes from within. Growing up I was raised by my Grandparents so helping people is at the core of who I am. As I got older, they got older, not able to do the things they once did. I had to take care of them all while going to school and working which was not easy. However, I enjoyed coming home at the end of the day and having a meal with them, and talking about our day, this made me smile. I share this story to say I am motivated by my internal desire to help others even when things get tough.
