I am a positive person, so I always try to find ways to make things work. I often think that resisting change can hinder improvement and innovation, therefore I believe it is important to embrace it. The momentum around sustainability is really mind-blowing and astonishing, and it also means that it is a fast-paced industry. All disciplines and sectors are trying to meet their targets and align their policies with the government’s aspirations for net zero and this subsequently drives change. It is a good thing because change is exactly what we need right now.
