Confidentiality is of utmost importance to us at BAE Systems. Are you willing to sign a confidentiality agreement if hired?

"I am a highly trustworthy person. My background includes many years of experience working on sensitive projects. I fully understand your company's desire to protect their data and am more than willing to sign a confidentiality agreement."

"Yes, I am willing to sign a confidentiality agreement with BAE Systems plc, anytime in this process. I am under a confidentiality agreement with my current employer, so I understand the importance of such an agreement."

Remember to mention any confidentiality agreements you have signed and kept in the past. Candidates with a history of working under these conditions likely understand the importance and purpose of such agreements.

"I have never signed a confidentiality agreement before. I understand the importance of confidentiality as it pertains to product development here at BAE Systems, so I do not anticipate an issue in signing the agreement. However, I would like to review it to familiarize myself with the terms. Would it be possible for me to see the document after this interview?"
