Because this question just asks about criminal background, credit, and education verification, there is no need to share that you do not smoke or use drugs. They did not mention a drug test, so I would recommend leaving this part out unless you're explicitly asked. While it's clear that you'd pass a drug test if it were requested, I discourage oversharing in the interview process.
