What questions do you have for me?

Remember to direct questions about salary and benefits to the HR recruiter you are working with. The BAE Systems interview preparation website instructs candidates to follow this protocol. Wasting time on questions your interviewer is not allowed to answer demonstrates a lack of preparation and wastes valuable interview time.

"I am really excited about the possibility of working as a senior engineer here at BAE systems. Can you describe the process for onboarding someone at my level in terms of learning about the exact technologies I will be working with? Are there training classes, or will I be shadowing other engineers? I am comfortable with whatever approach you find works best for new employees."

"As an entry level quality engineer, it is my understanding that I will be working directly with the Quality Management System on a regular basis, and it will be a requirement for me to develop an in-depth understanding of how it works. I was wondering if there are any documents or other sources of information you feel would be helpful for me to review prior to my start date if I am hired for the position. I would love the opportunity to learn about how the QMS works before I begin."
