On a work level, success is defined by the targets set for me and my ability to meet or exceed them. Professional success also includes my being able to develop and grow in whatever roles I take on.

Interesting question – I define success in a lot of ways actually. Being content with our life is a success. Not hating Sunday, because Monday is coming is a success. Being passionate about what I do, is more successful than a lot of people could wish for. Essentially it’s the ability to reach the goals set out for me and the ability to grow.

Well, I would define success in a lot of ways. Getting up early in the morning and being content with what is coming in the day is a success. People around me feel comfortable and happy is a success. Being passionate about what I do and being proud of what I have done is a success. Importantly success is the ability to achieve the target that was given to me and the ability to grow.

Excellent! It sounds like you view success in many different ways, and you come across as being easily content and grateful, which is great. Is there any way you can connect any of your definitions of success to the role itself and how you envision succeeding in it?
