You can discuss your search, but avoid giving too many details. Give the interviewer enough to satisfy the question without revealing your entire search. Some mystery is okay here.
"I recently started my search. I found some interesting job postings related to my degree; however, your role is the position I am most enthusiastic about and the only one I have applied for at this point."
"I am in the process of interviewing with two other companies. I am in the initial stages with the first and scheduled for my third and final round of interviews with the second. I want to be completely transparent and let you know that BAE Systems plc is the company I am the most excited to talk to. Should I follow up with anyone specific in the event I receive an offer elsewhere?"
Let BAE Systems know you are actively pursuing opportunities with other companies if that is the case and that they are your top choice. Interviewers often ask this question when a candidate is impressive, and an interviewer wants to avoid losing them to another company.
"Yes. I have a second interview scheduled with a hiring manager at Boeing next week. I am very impressed by both companies, but I feel the duties and opportunities related to the role here at BAE Systems are a better fit for my skills and professional development goals."

I’m not interviewing with anyone else, and I wouldn’t even say I’m actively looking for a new position. I’m only interested in joining BAE, I am refusing all other inquiries I’m receiving from time to time.

Nice! It's great that you've expressed how enthusiastic you are about this role in particular. Why, though? Can you talk more about why it interests you so much? Show the interviewer how excited you are about the possibility of working with them. Also, if you want to create urgency, it's not a bad idea to imply that you're moving quickly along in the job-hunting process and hope to get an offer soon. Excellent job!
