"That is a difficult question. I found during my job search research that BAE Systems is the top rated company in many important industry categories. The only thing I noticed is that BAE Systems ranks lower in the development of IT professionals than competitors such as Lockheed Martin. I am not overly concerned with this comparison because there are a ton of learning opportunities for me at this stage in my career. However, a strong professional development program within IT would be important to me as I progress. It would be encouraging to see BAE Systems invest in this area in the future."

I would say that BAE is already a top-rated company, so you have achieved your goal. I have thoroughly researched the company, and I really like the level of detail on the Sustainability tab on your website – in an attempt to be transparent, I saw that you uploaded your emission performance for the past few years, however, I only found that by an accident whilst looking for something else. It would be great if this would be easier to navigate.
