"I am happy with my career progression. I worked for several years after high school to make the money needed to put myself through college because I wanted to be able to focus full time on my classes without worrying about working or acquiring large student loans. Well, yes and no! It took me a while to figure out what I would like to do with my career. I only had a chance to start my degree when I reached 30, and that was only 4 years ago. I then got caught in that catch-22 we all know – not being hired because I had no experience, but having no experience because I wasn’t hired anywhere! I only found my calling a little less than 3 years ago, so there was only little opportunity for progression, but I already do more, and being responsible for more than anyone can wish for after only just a few years.
