I'll also ask them for feedback about my performance as a leader and act on that feedback. As tasks are completed, I'll post shoutouts in the group chat to boost their morale. I'll also hold individual catch-ups regularly, even if it's just for 15 minutes at a time so that we can put out small fires before they catch on."
