My biggest career achievement to date has been my current work in turning around low performing schools through strategic plans that involved creating systems to support students in need, while simultaneously working to create a vision of teaching and learning that is rooted in developing a student's sense of agency. Our school moved from a category three school to a category one school in the span of three years.
