Yes! I love people. I believe all people are good and all the people try their best. Some just need more training. I like to figure out what inspires a person so I can connect with him or her. I am good at helping others find their purpose regardless of their personality. I always try to find common ground so we can move forward to accomplish great things together.

Rachelle's Feedback
It seems you are a true team player and someone who would be an excellent mentor to those willing to grow and learn. One suggestion is to offer up an example of a time when you turned communication around (with someone who needed more training or guidance).
Anonymous Answer
Absolutely. I have had training in DISC, and so once I learn more about someone and their personality traits, I focus on their positive attributes and what they can bring to the team.

Rachelle's Feedback
DISC is an incredibly helpful tool - great to mention! Your approach comes from a desire to learn and communicate well. Good work!
Anonymous Answer
Absolutely. That's what makes this job so fun. I enjoy working with a lot of different types of people who have the same goals as I do for the district.

Rachelle's Feedback
Good! You bring a nice level of enthusiasm for the range of personalities that this role may bring. To bring your answer to life even further, I recommend adding detail regarding the range of individuals that you currently work for/alongside.
