Ultimately, the interviewer wants to hear that you work closely with the school board to ensure their vision and strategies align with the needs of the school and its community. "When assessing a school board's effectiveness, I examine a few things. First, where are their priorities? Priority must always be on the well-being of the student body and the quality of their education. Second, how well does their vision align with the needs and requests of the community? And lastly, how accountable are they for the results - positive or negative - of their policies?"
