"During my career as a network engineer, I've had a wide range of experiences which have helped me to continue to move to the next level. I was fortunate to work for managers who took the time to mentor me and help me develop new technical skills. As I advanced within the organization, I was given additional responsibilities, including leading a team. Having had the responsibility for large networks and the opportunity to direct a team has helped me develop my network engineering and team leadership skills.
