When presented with alternative product proposals, how do you decide which one to proceed with?

"When evaluating alternative product proposals to decide which one to proceed with, my first inclination is to determine which of the proposals has the greatest chance of success and will likely lead to the organization achieving its business objectives. I then evaluate the resources, time, and funding needed to develop and successfully market a product. Finally, I consider my experience working with similar products and how this will apply to each proposal. I then select and recommend the product that fulfills these criteria the best."
