How do you go about prioritizing tasks when working on a new product design?

"Early in my career, I recognized the need to prioritize the required tasks during a product development project. I use a system that helps me easily identify which tasks are the most important and which ones are the most urgent. I prioritize the most important and urgent task first, followed by the most important but less urgent. The urgent but less important tasks come next, and anything that is not urgent or not important very likely doesn't get done."
