"Saying no to a product idea, opportunity, or competing priority is always difficult. However, I recognize that my team and I can only accomplish so much, and we need to prioritize what we work on. The criteria I use to decide whether to say no to a proposal include how strategic the initiative is, whether it will contribute to both my and the organization's business objectives, the amount of time and resources it will require, and whether I can apply these more effectively and efficiently."
