Interviewers will often ask questions about their organization to see that you have a genuine interest in the position and aren't simply filling out applications everywhere to see who offers you a job first. In this job market, that is probably not the case, but this question will help weed out those who do not want to put forth an effort to learn about the organization they are interviewing with. When researching the company before your interview, learn who the CEO is, some interesting facts about them, the organization's mission and vision, core values, and company culture. This way, you will be prepared to answer any questions during your interview.
