What are your short-term goals as an MRI Technologist?
The interviewer asks about your short-term goals to see if you are motivated to improve and advance your career. Short-term goals should be anything you hope to achieve in the next year or so. This could be taking continuing education courses, gaining hands-on experience with a new machine or software, enrolling in a degree program, or learning a new language so you can communicate with more of your patients. Discuss something that you would like to achieve in the near future. This is not the time to discuss your long-term plans, which could be goals you set for the next three, five, or ten years.
