How do you like to be recognized for your accomplishments?
We all like recognition in some way for our accomplishments in the workplace. Share with the interviewer how you want to be known for your hard work. Some examples include small gifts, financial incentives, public recognition, kind words, and title promotions. However, be careful that you do not come across as the type of employee who only works hard for the reward.
"I am very much an over-achiever and find that the best way for me to be recognized for a job well done is to be given words of kindness and recognition. I am easily encouraged, and the best reward is knowing that my hard work is being noticed."
"I am very simple. I do not require formal recognition, but kind words from my coworkers and superiors will keep me motivated and working hard."

Not that it changes my dedication to my duties but accolades from my coworkers give me some form of motivation to do more. I love to be encouraged and to know that the team recognizes my efforts.

Great! So you like verbal praise? Or social recognition? Or both? Be specific so the interviewer knows exactly how you like to be recognized. You might also talk about the internal satisfaction you feel when you help patients (and how this motivates you to keep improving yourself). Good job!
