"I would call myself a diplomatic communicator. I like to see a situation from all sides, as much as possible. When it comes to developing courses, I begin with the end in mind. The best way to do this is by gathering information from everyone involved, especially those who can provide perspective from and about the learner. I wasn't always like this, especially growing up. It has helped me to become a more charismatic person. I have an easier time persuading and collaborating with others."
