      Answer Example

"I am often asked to present computer network architecture plans to both our management team and other project stakeholders. While I struggled with this early in my career, I am now very comfortable presenting the network plans we have developed. I've learned to take time to organize my presentation using tools such as PowerPoint, emphasizing the most important information during a presentation. I try not to get too detailed and use non-technical, easy-to-understand language. I also anticipate and prepare for questions from the audience. I keep my presentations brief and to the point and encourage a dialogue with the audience, which I have found to be the most productive part of the presentation."
