Why should we hire you?
This question gives you a great opportunity to really sell yourself. When you answer, make sure to emphasize your strengths, skills, and experience as they relate to the role. Do your best to differentiate yourself from other candidates so the interviewer can see why they should hire you over someone else.
"I believe that you should hire me because I have all the qualifications and skills to excel and be successful within the role. I have over ten years of experience working within a bank environment, five of which have been in management roles. I am a strong leader who empowers and motivates my employees. In addition, I'm highly organized, technologically savvy, able to manage multiple priorities, and knowledgeable about banking regulations and practices.
