The interviewer wants to hear that you have experience working with all types of people and that you can accommodate everyone's needs. Describe your background and how you adapt to people in poor physical health.

"At my last job, most of the residents were in good physical health. However, one of the residents was diagnosed with cancer and started chemotherapy and radiation. She had previously been in good health and was very active in her daily activities. After starting treatment, she became very sick and weak and had difficulty breathing. She could not participate in her normal activities, and you could tell it made her sad. Her favorite activity was the bean bag toss. Since she was mostly confined to her bed, I found a miniature version of the game and took it to her room. She had enough strength to play the game on her lap, and it was so rewarding to see her smile again."
