How to Answer
At your last job, you most likely had performance reviews to get an idea of what the Activity Director thought of you, or they may have written a letter of recommendation describing what type of person you are. If you have a letter of recommendation, use the words they used to describe the kind of person and Activities Assistant you are. If you have a copy of the letter of recommendation, now is an excellent time to offer it to the interviewer.
