Are you a leader or a follower?

Many people fall into one of the two categories, while others can lead or follow. As an Activities Assistant, you must do both. Your Activities Director or another type of supervisor may ask you to do something, so you are following their orders. But, you also need to lead activities and think on your own. Describe to the interviewer what you consider yourself to be.
