Do you have any questions for me?

If the interviewer asks if you have questions for them at the end of the interview, you always want to respond by saying yes. Asking questions shows that you are interested in their organization and you want to learn everything you can about them. Be sure you do not ask a question that can easily be found on their website or answered by Human Resources if hired.
