"Thank you. I regularly update my five-year career plan, most recently before applying to this position. Through this process, I've realized the importance of flexibility and adaptability. Unexpected opportunities may arise that weren't part of the original plan. While I recognize that my goals may evolve, my current aspirations are to utilize my 30 days of working abroad working here, and ideally by then I would have relocated to the Berlin headquarters. I'd be in a management role, and developing a new five-year plan within the company."
