How do you respond to feedback?
Your interviewer is curious whether you are receptive to feedback or respond to it defensively. Their ideal talent will be determined and motivated to develop professionally while proactively seeking out feedback. Whereas a less qualified candidate will come in, perform the bare minimum of their work, and clock out, not seeking feedback, and assuming no news is good news.
