"I have a strong creative flair and really felt that building attractive displays was something I would excel at. So I'd been asking to build one for a while. When they at last informed me that I could build one on the next merchandising round, I was super excited and started asking all sorts of questions to get ready. I also did some reading online as well, on how to maximize their effect to increase sales. So, when I was told which featured products I'd be displaying, I went all in, and introduced some untested signage which I felt would help. When I was done, I was very proud of what I'd created and received some praise from my leadership team on a job well done. Even better, was when the displays came down and they told me my display had outperformed the last five merchandising rounds, and asked if I was willing, they'd like me to go at it again. That was indeed a proud day."

Although there is nothing wrong with being proud of furthering your career goals and ambitions, it is important to appeal to your audience, your recruiter, who serves as an ambassador to Zalando.
