"I would say my greatest weakness is that in the past, and I am improving on this, I have set my goals too ambitiously. You see, I have a habit of pushing myself too hard sometimes, and my expectations for what I can accomplish have often been unrealistic. However, knowing this about myself, I have learned to slow down, to really dissect my goals, and to set more realistic parameters around each microtask that composes my macro targets. So, basically, I am slowing down, improving my focus, and being more methodical than I am eager."
