Do you volunteer, or are there causes you support?

However, discovering that Zalando pays their employees for two volunteer days per year was definitely a draw, and something I would gladly take full advantage of."

If you don't have the time to volunteer, or can't afford to volunteer as much as you like, there is nothing wrong with that. Showcasing how diligent you are about managing your time effectively is a good thing. All the more reason getting paid to volunteer two days a year would be appealing. So if you don't volunteer, think about those groups, nonprofits, or organizations that are close to your heart where you would like to give more of your time.
