"A new member of my team shadowed me when they first came on board, as I was tasked with orienting them. Since then, we've really connected, and they frequently come to me for insight, tips, tricks, and guidance with their work. They're super proactive in seeking feedback as well. So, in an unofficial capacity, I have served as something of a mentor for them. Their career drive shone through when they took on a pivotal project. I'd navigated similar challenges before, so I offered support, which they readily accepted. While I humbly offered direction, their dedication and extra effort brought them to the finish line with top marks. Witnessing their success, celebrated by leadership, filled me with pride.
