What does putting the customer first look like to you?

"I approach every customer with appreciation. If it wasn't for our customers, I wouldn't have a job. So what does that mean? To me, it means if those customers are passionate enough about what we have to offer, that means they've given us their loyalty and trust. But that has to be earned, valued, and never taken for granted. That means they are a member of our tribe and should be treated as a member of the family. That's what putting the customer first means to me."
