The most rewarding experience that I felt was every person comes from different background and experience and expertise to collaborate to achieve a single goal. I learned to respect and trust each other, which I believe is the core value for any team while improving skills such as communication, leadership, problem-solving, understanding each other viewpoints, and being patient with each other.
