"We were outsourcing our billing. Our aging accounts were growing. I was spending a lot of payroll hours following up with our divisions, trying to clean up these accounts. After a while, I suggested we bring our billing in-house, where we'll better be able to identify and respond to these accounts and clean them up immediately instead of letting them continue to pile up. Bringing these operations in-house versus outsourcing them ending up saving us 42,000 in annual revenue."
