If you are interviewing for an account manager or sales-related role with Travelers, try to determine the size of the portfolio you are expected to manage before commencing your interview. "As a Sales Executive, you can own and grow a new territory while working alongside local independent agents and brokers. You are looked to as a subject matter expert when it comes to developing solutions and improving processes." Be open and transparent with the size of your current or most recent insurance portfolio. Come armed with that knowledge, and assure them that you can handle the volume required and are ready for this next stage in your career.
