Your interviewer is curious whether you possess emotional intelligence, are responsive to feedback, and take it in stride. As they advertise on their careers site, "Our commitment to learning and development is rooted in our belief that for us to be successful, we must provide our employees with the skills and capabilities to enable them to be successful. When employees feel supported and engaged, they in turn drive better business results and shareholder value." So consider how you have applied the feedback you received from your peers and leadership, identified what was of value from those inputs, and taken advantage of those opportunities to grow professionally. Inform them that you proactively seek out feedback.
