Your interviewer is curious whether you possess emotional intelligence, are responsive to feedback, and take it in stride. When employees feel supported and engaged, they in turn drive better business results and shareholder value." So consider how you have applied the feedback you received from your peers and leadership, identified what was of value from those inputs, and taken advantage of those opportunities to grow professionally. Inform them that you proactively seek out feedback.

I love receiving feedback from my employer because the feedback allows me to better understand where I need to improve. Recently my prior employer had a meeting with me stating I needed to keep on top of interest owed on claims which are past the 30 days. I would go through the AR report and determine which claim and carrier I needed to contact for interest and separate the claims by carriers so it was easy to request as many as I could within one call. This feedback helped me as it was part of my organizational skill.
