How would you go about prioritizing tasks when working on a new product design here at Tesla?
Prioritization is another important characteristic every product specialist needs to have. In today's fast-paced and challenging environment, prioritizing the tasks that need to be accomplished makes you more effective and ensures that the most important things will be done first. As a product specialist, you probably have already developed a methodology to prioritize tasks, so describing this to the Tesla interviewer should not be a challenge.
"Early in my career, I recognized the need to prioritize the required tasks during a product development project. I use a system that helps me easily identify which tasks are the most important and which ones are the most urgent. I prioritize the most important and urgent task first, followed by the most important but less urgent. The urgent but less important tasks come next, and anything that is not urgent or not important very likely doesn't get done."
