"When a situation arises in which two senior Tesla product stakeholders disagree about an aspect of the product development cycle, the first thing I would do is actively listen to each of their positions so I thoroughly understand them. I would acknowledge the validity of each person's opinion and then seek to find a solution by negotiating with each stakeholder, suggesting items on which they can compromise, and persuading them to accept the conditions that will lead to the best outcome for the product and Tesla. This requires a great deal of diplomacy, understanding, and patience."
