What criteria do you use when prioritizing resources between competing product management tasks?

Once I understand this, I can allocate the appropriate resources required to complete the task without impacting other competing tasks. I also try to determine if the resources can be shared or if there are alternative resources that could be used to complete the task without a negative impact on the other project tasks."
