"Every product developed and marketed by Tesla depends on the support and contributions of several different stakeholder groups. These include engineering, production, sales, and support. I will make a point of developing solid relationships with each of these teams at Tesla and engaging them early in the product development and marketing process. I emphasize constant communication, collaboration, developing creative solutions to challenging problems quickly, and ensuring that everyone understands Tesla's goals for a project and contributes towards achieving them."
