"One of the things I take pride in is my technical expertise and my ability to contribute to the related technical features of the products I manage. In one of my recent roles, I became aware of customer concerns about the user interface for one of our products. They complained that it was not intuitive and took some training to learn how to use it. I conferred with our engineers and pointed out that if we were able to rearrange several of the control features, the problem would be solved. We implemented my suggestions, and our consumer research indicated that we had solved the problem."
