Their contributions to the product design, the technology it incorporates, its functions and features, and how easily it can be manufactured determine the project's success. I will engage the Tesla technical teams early in the process to get both their input and buy-in. I will keep them engaged and consult with them as we move through the design, development, and manufacturing processes. I place a great deal of value on their input and suggestions and will incorporate these whenever possible."
