"Some of the challenges I anticipate in this position at Tesla are similar to the ones I've faced in my previous roles. These include the need to collaborate with other teams within Tesla, the lack of resources necessary for the product development lifecycle, limited budgets, and unrealistic expectations of the time it takes to develop a product. Fortunately, I have encountered these in the past and have techniques to overcome them. Most of these involve clear and honest communication with all the Tesla product stakeholders, identifying issues early and resolving them quickly, and setting realistic expectations for the resources, funding, and time required to develop a successful product."
