When presented with alternative product proposals, how would you decide which one to proceed with?

Product specialists at Tesla are sometimes presented with several different product proposals and asked to select the one they feel will be most successful or which they prefer to work on. You should be able to describe to the Tesla interviewer how you will evaluate the programs and what criteria you use to select and recommend the ones you will move forward with. Keep your answer brief and to the point and anticipate that the interviewer will ask a follow-up question if they need additional information or want to explore your answer in more detail.
