"The company that I believe provides exceptional customer service is Zappos. They have created a culture that prioritizes customer happiness and referrals to new customers. Everyone in their organization, whether an executive or someone working on the loading dock, spends several weeks in their customer service department before beginning their regular job. They are trained to resolve any customer service issue quickly and efficiently. Zappos offers free returns for all of their products and will even accept the return if it's obvious that the customer has used the item. The company holds daily, weekly, and monthly contests and recognizes the customer service teams with the highest rating from their clients. This has earned them the reputation of being one of the most customer-focused organizations in the clothing industry. Telsa may want to consider incorporating some of these practices, with the exception of free returns, into your customer service strategy."
