What motivates you in your work?

"I am motivated by my teams, collaboration, and the feeling of doing a good job with the right attitude. I want to feel good about working with my teams and look forward to working with them. I am a people person, through and through."

By understanding what motivates you to give your all, TD Bank can determine how to keep you from burning out on the job and ensure your job satisfaction. Consider how your goals align with theirs. A professional work relationship between employer and employee should be symbiotic. If they can motivate you by contributing to your professional growth, they stand to reap the benefits from your advancement within their company. As they state on their website, "Regardless of where you are going in your career, you'll be doing work that matters. A better you means a stronger us. When you invest your time and talent with us, we provide you with support and opportunities in return. Because when you're happy, our customers are happy, and that's what makes TD a great place to work."
